No matter where we go, Portillo's is the first thing comes to mind when it comes to comfort food. Our first time dining here for dinner and love the lighting of the building. I ordered cheese sauce for our fries, but I didn't know I was charged for jumbo cheese that I didn't know until I posted these pictures . My mistake was not paying attention when the cashier repeated my orders before pay. Despite my error, their services are still excellent. I love eating this restaurant, especially after a long day of shopping at the fashion outlets.

I love this Portillos! The service was very quick and there were many available tables. The workers were friendly and the food was delicious! I would definitely recommend the hot dog and chocolate cake.

I'm visiting Chicago and my cousin recommend this spot (along with other Portillo's. Lots of space and tables, this would be a great spot if I was visiting with my whole family and we needed to find a lunch spot. I tried the Italian Beef sandwich combo added a hot dog. The hot dog is exactly what I was hoping for a Chicago dog. I should have gotten the two hot dog combo lol. Next time my family visits Chicago, I plan to take them to a Portillo's. This location specifically, workers were friendly and helpful.

This location lives up to the standard that Portillo's has set. Every time I am back home, I need an Italian Beef, Vienna All-Beef Hot Dog, Fries and Chocolate Cake Shake. My taste buds were so happy we came.

We were there on 06/29/25 Sunday 45 minutes before closing because we just got off the plane and we were starving. I didn't want to cook that late. The food at this restaurant is always good. Hot and fresh. Workers are working efficiently and always smiling. Decorations are pleasant to see. The only problem I had was old food under the table and the table was sticky, which kinda grossed me out. My husband, kids, and I moved to another table. Gave it 5 stars because the staff was friendly and had patience, didn't get bothered if we asked questions, and didn't rush us out but we were gone before it closed.

Went in to try new breakfast items. I had pepper egg sandwich hash browns and a chocolate cake donut. The egg sandwich was great could you use more peppers instead of one sliver worth going back for hash browns amazing can't go wrong with them the cake donut amazing
